Well, EM may be no more, but their spirit lives on in The Fever, The Focus, the new band of previous EM's main men Alex Davies and Ed Minton.
Alex and Ed launched a few months ago a PledgeMusic campaign to help found the release of The Fever, The Focus' debut EP Fading Lights.
The campaign was successful and Fading Lights was released (just for the pledgers, for the moment) at the beginning of this month.
The EP combines acoustic sounds with all the pomp and grandeur of Alex and Ed's distinctive back catalogue. Check a couple of songs on SoundCloud and buy the EP here.
