Charlotte, NC based alternative rockers Paper Tongues have recently uploaded six new tracks on their soundcloud page. The band will release a new studio album later in the year, and these 6 tracks are a great appetizer of what's to come.
I like the way Paper Tongues mix rock, funk, soul, rap, hip-hop, and Aswan North does always a fantastic job behind the mic; I just found out that one of his biggest influences, Steve Perry from Journey, has now become one of Aswan's good friends: duet, please!
