SOUNDS UNDER RADIO's internal battle domenica, 15 aprile 2012 00:45 by madseason
Sounds Under Radio

Sounds Under Radio present the newest video in their visual collection: "Effigy"!

"Effigy", the second single from SUR sophomore full length "Where My Communist Heart Meets My Capitalist Mind" stays true to the albums core theme: the head verses the heart and the wars we fight within. This video, shot mostly in a stark black and white by director and good friend of the band Jeff Ray, highlights that front line internal battle we have all fought and all know so tragically well. SOUNDS UNDER RADIO fan video giovedì, 14 luglio 2011 17:30 by madseason

This is a very nice fan-made, stop motion music video of the song "Fire Escape", included in Sounds Under Radio's album, "Where My Communist Heart Meets My Capitalist Mind".

According to the creator of the video, Will Hoffman, the band's manager, asked him if he wanted to make a clip for the song "Fire Escape", and what you can see on the left is the finished product.

Released last May 3rd through The Musebox (with distribution via EMI) "Where My Communist Heart Meets My Capitalist Mind" is the second album for the alternative rock band from Austin, Texas.

Sing with SOUNDS UNDER RADIO mercoledì, 18 maggio 2011 01:18 by madseason

"Sing" is the first single from Sounds Under Radio's sophomore release, "Where My Communist Heart Meets My Capitalist Mind".

This song was also selected to be used in the newest promo spots and commercials for American Idol: not bad at all!

I've still to listen to these texans' new album, but I can say that "Sing" is a great alt. rock track supported by a very nice and epic video, directed by Jeff Ray. Check it out.
