This comes from american rockers/blues rockers The Elms' camp: "TheElms.net is proud to announce the November 25, 2011 release of the highly-anticipated documentary concert film, "The Last Band On Earth: A film about THE ELMS". The film is a bookend piece to a decade-long career together for Owen, Christopher, Thomas and Nathan, and will be The Elms' final creative offering.

The 110-minute film chronicles the final live concert performance of The Elms, which occured on July 30, 2010. The film contains 20 of the band's greatest song.   TLBOE will be offered via limited edition DVD in gatefold digipak (which includes artwork comprised of fan-submitted photography from the show), and via digital download. A 320kbps MP3, 30-song downloadable soundtrack to the film is also available, and features an extra 10 performances from the show not included in the movie.

The Deluxe TLBOE Complete Edition release includes both DVD and digital formats of the film, the soundtrack download, and a commemorative 11x17 movie poster autographed by all members of The Elms.
The audio soundtrack for TLBOE was mixed by The Elms' guitarist Thomas Daugherty, and the film is the first official release endeavor of lead singer Owen Thomas' newly-formed creative house, Absorb."
