Messer - Simple Man

Messer are continuing their momentum from their breakout year by releasing Simple Man, the 3rd single and video from their self-titled debut album, which bowed at #3 on the Soundscan New Artist chart and was named "New and Noteworthy" at iTunes.
The Dallas, Texas based band had a banner year in 2018 with first single Make This Life reaching #25 on the Active Rock radio charts, and second single Save Myself also made it into the Top 30 -the only truly independent act to do so.

Singer Dereak Messer says: "Simple Man is a song written from the perspective of someone who is removing themselves from the drama or superficial aspects and expectations of social media in our society. It's someone who is resolved in the strength it takes to be alone and move themselves forward. It's a narrative on how this person wants to find their own power and focus on clarity of self. "What doesn't kill me makes me stronger" is the mantra and highlights the strength it takes to step away from the shallow aspects of the world into something more meaningful for themselves".

Messer - Save Myself

Messer have released their 2nd single and video Save Myself as they prepare to head back out on tour with Gemini Syndrome.

The Dallas, Texas based band is following up on the success of their first single Make This Life, which reached #25 on the Active Rock radio charts - the only truly independent act to do so thus far in 2018.

Save Myself is included in Messer's self-titled debut album: released last April 20 on Maddpants Records, it debuted at #3 on the Soundscan New Artists chart and was named "New and Noteworthy" by iTunes.

The album is mixed by Ben Grosse (Marilyn Manson, Breaking Benjamin, Disturbed) and mastered by Tom Baker (Papa Roach, David Bowie, Motley Crue) and is a prime example of brilliant cutting edge modern rock sound.
