Double Experience - So Fine

Double Experience, the Canadian (Ottawa, ON) purveyors of nerdy neo-rock, as they define themselves, have successfully crafted their third album, Unsaved Progress, a nine song collection recorded with the help of Al Jacob and Kit Walters in North Carolina and printed on limited edition 90's video game packaging.  "Video games are the new standard in modern storytelling, and Unsaved Progress is very much the story of everything that inspired our band to persevere through the challenges we faced in making this album" said the band.

Double Experience have all it gets to become huge: creativity, top-notch songwriting skills, strong musicianship... jesus, they've even got a smashing cover of Blue Öyster Cult's Godzilla... that alone is worth my praise!

Eclectic and flawless at the same time, Unsaved Progress is an awesome alternative music record that draws influence from both classic and modern rock. It was released last Friday, April 8: check the video for the single So Fine clicking on the image and stream the whole affair on SoundCloud now.
