Colony House, the indie band from Franklin, TN, has just released its sophomore full-length album, Only The Lonely. It dropped last Friday, January 13, via Descendant/RCA Records and was produced by Peter Katis, known for his work with Interpol, The National, Frightened Rabbit and more.

Only The Lonely features 13 tracks of radio-ready indie pop rock with southern influences and, at times, surf rock undertones; the melodies are extremely catchy, and the refrains anthemic and captivating: they will work well live for sure.

The leading single off the album, You & I, was in rotation on Sirius XM's Alt Nation and the related video aired on Fuse, MTV U and MTV Live.
