No, this is not an original disc and I'm afraid that the blend of americana and anthemic pop rock melodies in the Killers' style proposed by Augustana on the new, self-titled album (released a few weeks ago) will not win the favorable comments of the major music magazines.

But here at weChameleon we like it, and with good reasons. Firstly because we love Brandon Flowers' band (and if you need to be heavily inspired by someone, better be inspired by the best ones) and secondly because there isn't a bad song in the tracklist.

Listen to the opener and first single "Steal Your Heart", or the Killers meets Tonic "Just Stay Here Tonight", or "Counting Stars" (a sort of "She's The One" by Robbie Williams reworked by Better Than Ezra together with Oasis) and let me know. Nice work.
