Dan Wilson is one of the best pop singer/songwriter around. He reached commercial success with his band Semisonic (remember the wonderful and huge hit "Closing Time"?) between the end of the 90's and the beginning of the new century and wrote songs for such artists as Adele (3 songs for her "21" album, including "Someone Like You"), Paloma Faith, Dixie Chicks, Jason Mraz, Keith Urban, Taylor Swift, Rivers Cuomo, Pink and many more.
