Biffy Clyro are pleased to announce that the next UK single from their new album "Opposites" is confirmed as "Biblical".

The Jim Canty (Kaiser Chiefs, Stereophonics, Geri Halliwell) directed video for the track can be watched now by clicking on the frame on the left.

"Opposites", produced by Garth Richardson and released at the end of January, took the number one spot in the UK Official Album Chart on the week of the debut, becoming the first chart-topping album of the Scottish band.

Biffy Clyro will also be marking Record Store Day in April with an exclusive 7" single which features "Modern Magic Formula" recorded live in Dortmund last November and another previously unreleased b-side titled "City Of Dreadful Night".

Anchors: new album for I AM EMPIRE

American rockers from San Jose, California, I Am Empire are set to release their sophomore album, "Anchors", via Tooth & Nail Records on March 26. The new album will follow-up the group's 2011 debut one, "Kings".

"Anchors" was recorded with producer Brian McTernan (Senses Fail, Circa Survive, Thrice) at his Salad Days Studio in Baltimore, Maryland.

I Am Empire have recently premiered a new track from the upcoming record, titled "Remedy" -stream it now on SoundCloud following this link- while today the Californians releases the lyric video for the new single "Tell Me Mirror": watch it clicking here.

Plumb - Need You Now (How Many Times)

After various delays, the new album from contemporary christian singer/songwriter Plumb was released last February 26 through Curb Records with the definitive title of "Need You Now": the original one, "Faster Than A Bullet", was changed "in honor of the victims and their families in the Connecticut tragedy".

The new title is named after her current hit single, "Need You Now (How Many Times)". Watch a live rendition of the single clicking on the image on the left. And from the same set, filmed in Nashville, listen to another new song, "Beautiful".

ANBERLIN new video: Unstable

Anberlin - Unstable

Anberlin have released a couple of days ago the video for "Unstable", a song off their last studio album "Vital". This is the first video shot for a song of the new record and marks the first time in the band’s career that the they have not been featured in one of their clips.

"Unstable" was directed by Jonathan Desbiens, known for his work with Cypress Hill, Deftones, David Usher and Michael Jackson Cirque Du Soleil. Enjoy.

PARACHUTE's Hearts are going Crazy

Virginian pop-rockers Parachute are working on a new album that will see the light of day later in the year. They already have a new single out: it's called "Hearts Go Crazy" and was released last Tuesday through Mercury Records. It looks like the band is evolving its sound: listen to the single on SoundCloud now. 

Parachute have already performed acoustic versions of the song in concert and have also put out a video of a live studio acoustic recording of the track: watch it following this link.

HURTS' new Miracle

Hurts - Miracle

"Miracle" is the lead single by British duo Hurts taken off its second studio album "Exile", which will be released on the 10 March, 2013, exactly a day before the album release, through RCA - Sony Music.

The video for the single was directed by Chris Turner: the first version owas leaked and then deleted, the second, official version was released 2 days ago and you can watch it clicking on the image on the left.

The 1975 - Chocolate

Manchester indie rock band The 1975 has premiered a couple of days ago the music video for their new single "Chocolate", a song that is featured on the band's forthcoming EP "Music For Cars", to be released on March 4.

The band is currently at work completing their full-length debut album, co-produced by Mike Crossey ((Arctic Monkeys, Two Door Cinema Club, The Black Keys, Keane), which is due out in early summer via Vagrant Records.

Waltham - You're Everything That I Want

Waltham is a band from Massachusetts that released some very good music in the first half of the 00's, heavily influenced by the melodic rock sound of the eighties. Well, Frank Pino Jr. and his mates haven't disappeared: they're finishing working on their second full-length album, entitled "Wicked Waltham", that will hit the shelves next Summer.
