The Airborne Toxic Event - Wrong

Californian indie rockers The Airborne Toxic Event released their fourth studio album "Dope Machines" yesterday via Epic Records.

The new record was produced by the band's frontman and deus-ex-machina Mikel Jollett and features the leading single "Wrong" (watch the official video clicking on the image).

In addition to "Dope Machines" the band surprisingly released a second album titled "Songs Of God And Whiskey", featuring acoustic songs written throughout the ten years before the album's release and focusing more on rock and roll than the electronic synth pop in "Dope Machines". "Songs..." is only available on the band's website.

the airborne toxic event - timeless

Californian indie rockers The Airborne Toxic Event will unleash their new studio album "Such Hot Blood" on April 16 through Island Records.

As an appetizer, the band released an EP titled "The Secret", featuring current single "Timeless" and other three new tracks that will be included in "Such Hot Blood". Watch the video for "Timeless", directed by frontman Mikel Jollett, clicking on the image on the left.

The Airborne Toxic Event are causing quite a stir in the alternative/indie rock community with their second studio album, "All At Once", released a few weeks ago, with the production of expert Dave Sardy (Jet, Wolfmother, OK GO, Marilyn Manson, Oasis, Band Of Horses).

No sophomore syndrome for the californians, as the record is receiving favorable reviews and commercial success.

Here on the left you can watch the video for "Numb", one of the two singles from the new album (the other being "Changing"). Take a look.
