I think most of you know tAKiDA, the Swedish alternative hard-rock band that already delivered 6 full-length studio album, including the latest one, A Perfect World, released last April 22 via Universal Music Sweden.

Honestly, I have to say that I havent't been a big tAKiDA fan till now, but this new A Perfect World is a different affair: it's a more focused album, with a lighter, modern sound and high-quality songwriting.

The main reason behind these changes has to be American recording artist, songwriter and producer Ryan Star, who helped the band both in the crafting of the songs and the production of the album.

So, no wonder that A Perfect World debuted at the #1 spot of the Swedish official album charts and I'm pretty sure this could be tAKiDA's international break-through album.

Swedish alternative hard-rockers Takida (named after the character Gohei Takeda in the Japanese anime series Nagareboshi Gin) will release their first greatest hits album "A Lesson Learned - The Best Of" next November, 28 via Universal Music Sweden.

The 2-cd collection comes after 4 full-length studio albums and features the new song "Swallow (Until You're Gone)", released as a single at the end of September.
