Biffy Clyro are pleased to announce that the next UK single from their new album "Opposites" is confirmed as "Biblical".

The Jim Canty (Kaiser Chiefs, Stereophonics, Geri Halliwell) directed video for the track can be watched now by clicking on the frame on the left.

"Opposites", produced by Garth Richardson and released at the end of January, took the number one spot in the UK Official Album Chart on the week of the debut, becoming the first chart-topping album of the Scottish band.

Biffy Clyro will also be marking Record Store Day in April with an exclusive 7" single which features "Modern Magic Formula" recorded live in Dortmund last November and another previously unreleased b-side titled "City Of Dreadful Night".

As previously reported, "Black Chandelier" is the first single to be taken from Biffy Clyro's upcoming sixth studio album "Opposites". 

The band has just unveiled the official video for the song, directed by Bigtv (Andy Delaney and Monty Whitebloom). Click on the image to watch it.

"Opposites" is due for release on January 28th, 2013 and will feature two discs, subtitled "The Sand At The Core Of Our Bones" and "The Land At The End Of Our Toes", with a total of 20 tracks.

Biffy Clyro have revelead that the first single from their forthcoming album "Opposites", to be released at the end of January 2013, is titled "Black Chandelier".

"Black Chandelier" will be available on January 14th as an iTunes EP, featuring brand new tracks "The Rain" and "Thundermonster" and a live version of "Many Of Horror" recorded at this summer Rockness Festival. An exclusive 7" Vinyl of the single will also be released and is backed by another new non-album track "Milky".

Biffy Clyro have unveiled the artwork for their forthcoming album "Opposites".

The art -designed by legendary artist Storm Thorgerson, who is responsible for iconic covers of the likes of Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Dream Theater and Muse as well as Biffy's previous two albums- was revealed following a Twitter campaign. Fans were asked to tweet the hash tag #biffyopposites -each tweet would reveal more of the art itself.

"Opposites" is due for release on 28th January: details on the album and the first single "Stingin' Bellehere.

After five months of recording in an LA studio with GGGarth Richardson, Biffy Clyro have finally finished their new double album "Opposites" and are set to unleash it into the world in January 2013.

The album will include 20 tracks across two discs titled "The Sand At The Core Of Our Bones" and "The Land At The End Of Our Toes" and will be released on January 25th in Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium & Switzerland, January 28th in the UK, France, Denmark, Norway & Finland and on January 29th in Italy and Spain.

A limited edition box set is available to pre-order exclusively at biffyclyro.com: the box include the double album, a feature length making of DVD, a 12" heavyweight double vinyl, A5 song book, guitar tab sheets, an exclusive "Play Along" CD, super 8 film cells and more to be announced.

Scottish rockers Biffy Clyro have announced that "Opposites" will be the title of their forthcoming sixth studio album. 

The band, who are currently finishing the album in an L.A. studio, have just unleashed the first track to be taken from the release in the form of "Stingin' Belle".
