No Small Children - three elementary school teachers from LA - are releasing their brand new video I'm So Concerned today, August 3. It comes off the band's album What Do The Kids Say?, released in May.
What Do The Kids Say? was co-produced by singer & guitarist Lisa Pimentel and the legendary Bob Marlette (Black Sabbath, Filter, Rob Zombie). The record showcases No Small Children's songwriting ability songs and skilled musicianship. From the feel-good, anthemic sound of Radio and I Don't Believe What You Say, to the infectious pop/AOR melodies of Can You Imagine and Bullfighter, WDTKS? is chock-full of catchy songs with great commercial potential: a must for all the "silk & steel" rockers out there.
Back to the I'm So Concerned video: the cinematic black and white visuals pair with the band's raw and honest song to showcase their feelings as educators in modern-day America. "I'm So Concerned captures our worries as teachers about the world we're leaving for our students and the effects societal anxiety has on our youth. It also speaks to our desire to listen mindfully to our students to understand them and what they have to say" said Lisa.
