Grinspoon are an Australian rock band from Lismore, New South Wales. They've been releasing records since 1995 and the day before yesterday they unleashed their seventh studio album, "Black Rabbits", via Universal Records.

The album was produced by Los Angeles-based rock producer Dave Schiffman (Weezer, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, The Bronx) and includes the single "Passerby".

Plain White T's

Watch the video for "Pet Sematary" by Chicago powerpop band Plain White T's clicking on the frame on the left; the song it's of course a cover of The Ramones' track, originally written for the Stephen King movie adaptation of the same name.

The song is included in "Frankenweenie Unleashed!", an album that features music inspired by Tim Burton's 3D black-and-white stop motion-animated fantasy film "Frankenweenie".

Among the artists on the record, we find Mark Foster (of Foster The People), Passion Pit, AWOLNATION, The Flaming Lips, Imagine Dragons and The Cure's Robert Smith.

"Push And Shove" is the second single/video off the album with the same title by  No Doubt, released last Tuesday, eleven years after "Rock Steady".

The new single features Busy Signal and Major Lazer and was written by frontwoman Gwen Stefani with six (!) collaborators. It was produced by Diplo, with additional production from Major Lazer.

British pop-rock band Lawson will release its debut album "Chapman Square" on October 22 through Polydor Records (Interscope Records in the USA).

The album was produced by Duck Blackwell, Paddy Dalton, John Shanks and Ki Fitzgerald and has already scored two top five singles, "When She Was Mine" and "Taking Over Me".

After five months of recording in an LA studio with GGGarth Richardson, Biffy Clyro have finally finished their new double album "Opposites" and are set to unleash it into the world in January 2013.

I already told you about Hoobastank's new album "Fight Or Flight", released last September, 11 through Open E Entertainment (EMI).

Now the band readies the music video for the first single off the album, "This Is Gonna Hurt". Directed by Roboshobo (My Chemical Romance, The Killers, Coheed & Cambria), this short film is a take on the "Yo Gabba Gabba!" TV show ("Yo Hooba Hooba!" in the Hoobastank version) and depicts the meltdown of the man behind the bug with obsessive–compulsive disorder. Enjoy it clicking on the image on the left.

SafetySuit released the "Hallelujah EP" at the very end of August, through Universal Republic Records. The EP includes the title-track, an energetic cover of the classic Leonard Cohen song, and three alternate versions of songs from the two studio albums of the band: the wedding version of "Never Stop", "Anywhere But Here (Orchestral Version)" and "Let Go (Acoustic Version)".

Brand new video for Matchbox Twenty, the third for songs off "North", the album that marked the return for the American superstars.
