Stars In Stereo is a promising, hard working rock band from Los Angeles, CA, influenced by U2, 30 Seconds To Mars, Foo Fighters and Daft Punk. The group, fronted by Bec Hollcraft, is been touring non-stop all year with bands like The Used, Foxy Shazam, Hoobastank and is currently opening for Blue October.

Bec and co. released a sampler EP on iTunes a couple of weeks ago, anticipation of their self-titled debut album coming later this year. Watch the video for the first single "The Broken" clicking on the image on the left.

The OddFathers are a straight forward rock'n' roll band fronted by Brynn Arens (FLIPP, Obsession, Funhouse, American Standard) on vocals and guitar. Arens is joined by an all-star collaboration of veteran Minneapolis musicians that create the backbone of a good, old fashioned, American rock and roll band: Casey Gooby on guitars, Krys Baratto on bass and Tom Cook on drums.

The OddFathers' debut EP on Rock Steady Records is called "Double Live 45 RPM"  and will be available for the first time ever to the public the night of the band's debut performance on November 20th in St. Cloud (MN).

"Castle Of Glass" is the new single off Linkin Park's last studio album "Living Things". The song was written by the band and produced by co-lead vocalist Mike Shinoda and Rick Rubin.

The official music video for the track was released yesterday and it contains footage from the upcoming EA first-person shooter video game "Medal Of Honor: Warfighter". True to the Medal Of Honor philosophy, "Castle Of Glass" highlights the emotional realities soldiers and their families face far from the battlefield.

"Hurts Like Heaven" is the prequel to the story of Mylo Xyloto, which is to be told via a six-part comic series written by Academy Award-nominated writer/director Mark Osborne (Kung Fu Panda), co-written by Dylan Haggerty with artwork courtesy of Alejandro Fuentes. The series will be available for purchase from February 2013 onwards.

In other news, on November 19 Coldplay will release a new concert film, "Live 2012", recorded at many concerts over the Mylo Xyloto Tour. The film will be available on CD/DVD, Blu-ray/CD and digitally. Watch the official trailer here.

Dealma is a promising Italian alternative rock band, born in June 2009 in Sardinia.

This eclectic group released their first full-length album "13" last April, showcasing an enterprising blend of rock, pop, grunge, stoner and funky music with an electronic twist. For a sample of "13", head on the band's SoundCloud page, following this link.

Here's the brand new video for "Chalk Outline", the first single off Canadian's rockers Three Days Grace's new album "Transit Of Venus". Click on the image to watch it.

"Chalk Outline" is the most played rock songs of the moment on the US radios, and is dragging the new record to a top five debut on the Billboard 200 albums chart.

"Transit Of Venus", released last Tuesday via RCA, was produced by knobs-guru Don Gilmore and recorded at Revolution Studios in Toronto from January to July 2012.

Australian rockers Something For Kate released their sixth studio record "Leave Your Soul To Science" last week through EMI Music Australia.

Paul Dempsey and band mates Stephanie Ashworth and Clint Hyndman have teamed up with producer John Congleton (Explosions in the Sky, St. Vincent, Okkervil River) in Dallas to record the follow up to 2006's No.1 ARIA album "Desert Lights".

"How To Be A Heartbreaker" is the third UK single and second International single to be released from "Electra Heart", Marina and The Diamonds' sophomore album. The song was written a week after finishing the UK version of the album, and therefore does not appear on that edition, but is featured as track 12 on the US version.

The video was shot by Casper Balslev and begins with Marina in a shower surrounded by male models. Marina also appears with 4 different men in various settings, each showing her with a different colored hair ribbon. Watch the clip clicking on the image on the left.
