"The Light Between Us" is the title of British piano-led pop rock band Scouting For Girls' third full-length studio album, released last Tuesday through Sony Music.

"We used ten different studios, five different producers, we probably went through thirty or forty different songs," said vocalist Roy Stride, "But looking at it now, it's without doubt the strongest record we've done... There were times when I honestly thought this album would never come out!"

As previously reported, Muse sixth studio album "The 2nd Law" will be released next October 2 on Helium 3/Warner Bros Records. Today, just a few weeks until the release of the new record, Muse unveil the official music video for "Madness", the track chosen as leading single.

This very intense clip was directed by Anthony Mandler who has written and directed music videos for several artists including Rihanna (the two have worked on more than a dozen videos together), The Killers ("When You Were Young", "Tranquilize" and the wonderful "A Dustland Fairytale"), OneRepublic, fun., Mary J. Blige. Anthony already worked with Muse directing "Neutron Star Collision", a song featured on the soundtrack to the 2010 film "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse".

"Jesus Walk" was the last song to be recorded for "Weapons": "We knew it should be on the record" said guitar player Mike Lewis, "I think Ian felt the album was missing a big chorus type of song – and this definitely is it."

Northern Irish indie rockers Two Door Cinema Club released their sophomore studio release "Beacon" today through Kitsuné/Glassnote Records.

The album was recorded in Los Angeles with famed producer Jacknife Lee (Bloc Party, U2, R.E.M., Snow Patrol) in his home studios.   ""Beacon" is a much more intimate record than our first," said vocalist Alex Trimble "but at the same time, it's much bigger and more inclusive. Trying to find that balance has been our goal for a long time and this record takes us one step closer to the band we've dreamt of becoming".

Californian hard rockers Papa Roach will release their seventh studio album "The Connection" on October, 2 through Eleven Seven Music.

The new album was produced by Sixx:A.M. vocalist James Michael -who co-produced the band's previous full-length record "Metamorphosis"- and Goldfinger vocalist John Feldmann.

The first single, "Still Swingin", was released on July, 24: watch the David Brodsky (The Black Dahlia Murder, All That Remains) directed brilliant video for it clicking on the frame on the left.

InAshton is a promising NYC based rock band that builds their songs on a foundation of memorable melodies and relatable words (at least is what the biography says).

The band was formed in 2010, signed a record deal with Bieler Bros. Records last May and released their first single "Days Away" on June, while their full length debut album hit the shelves three days ago.

Annie Automatic have just released a small collection of acoustic-based tracks titled "Songs From The Center".

The EP was co-produced by mainman CM French and Seth Waldmann, while Daniel Brecher provided mixing and mastering. All the songs were written by French (except "Here With Me") with David Berg and Dylan Howard.
